Who is Tasken for, and who is it not for?

Quick answer

Tasken is for companies whose team does repeated manual work and wants to scale without hiring more people. Most are marketing teams, at agencies and in-house. You need no engineering team of your own. It is a weaker fit if you have no recurring manual work yet, or if you want a one-off build with nobody operating it.

The common thread is work that repeats. A tool earns its place on a job your team does by hand, again and again, that you would otherwise hire for. One recurring workflow is enough to start: a custom tool is scoped to one workflow first and grown from there.

You do not need engineers. We handle the engineering, monitoring and maintenance, so your team does not need any of its own, before launch or after it.

Two industries have their own page, each with the pre-built tools we have already built for it and a free preview of each:

  • Agencies, with tools for the work an agency delivers and the clients it wins.
  • Ecommerce, with tools for how a store grows.

On both, the other path is the same. When none of the tools fits, we build an internal AI tool around how your team works.

Now the weaker fits, plainly. If your team has no recurring manual work yet, there is nothing for a tool to run yet. If you want a one-off build that nobody operates after launch, we are also a weaker fit, because custom tools are built once, then maintained monthly.

Your free AI audit is where an unclear case gets settled. It is a thirty minute call with Mudi about one recurring workflow, and it ends with whether a build is worth scoping.
