Terms of Service

Last Updated: May 27, 2026

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of prebuilt AI systems offered by ClicksRocket LLC, operating under the brand Tasken.ai.

By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.

These Terms apply exclusively to prebuilt, productized AI systems purchased through our self-service checkout. Custom-built projects are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Systems

2.1 Standardized, Prebuilt Systems

Each system follows a standardized architecture and predefined feature set. Customizations, modifications, or additional workflows are not included and require a separate engagement under our Master Services Agreement.

Tasken offers three prebuilt AI systems:

  • SEO + GEO Content System: End-to-end content pipeline including keyword research, competitor gaps, SERP analysis, briefs, outlines, and publish-ready articles.
  • Link Acquisition System: End-to-end link prospecting pipeline including domain discovery, quality filtering, spam and PBN detection, contact extraction, and outreach-ready lists.
  • Content Refresh System: End-to-end content refresh workflow including decay detection, ranking analysis, competitor gaps, content rewrites, and AI-readiness optimization.

2.2 Hosting Options

Two hosting arrangements are available at checkout:

Option A: Managed Hosting: Your system remains hosted on Tasken infrastructure. The subscription covers hosting, support, maintenance, and improvements.

Option B: Self-Hosted: Your system is transferred to your own infrastructure after delivery. Tasken has no ongoing hosting, support, or operational responsibility. Optional ongoing support is available separately.

2.3 Optional Support for Self-Hosted Systems

If you choose Option B (self-hosted), you may optionally purchase ongoing support. Support covers:

  • Remote troubleshooting and technical support
  • Bug fixes and stability guidance
  • Minor system improvements

This does NOT include hosting, new features, custom development, or strategic consulting.

2.4 Pricing

Current setup fees, subscription amounts, optional support pricing, and any minimum commitment periods are displayed on our pricing page and confirmed at checkout. The fees applicable to your purchase are the ones shown at the time you complete checkout.

3. What's Included

3.1 Setup Fee Covers

The one-time setup fee includes:

  • System architecture and configuration for your use case
  • Build and implementation of all standard workflows
  • Internal testing and quality assurance
  • Deployment to production environment
  • Handover and basic walkthrough

Typical delivery timeline: 2–3 weeks from purchase.

3.2 Monthly Subscription Covers (Option A Only)

The recurring monthly fee includes:

  • Managed hosting on Tasken infrastructure
  • Ongoing system support and maintenance
  • Bug fixes and stability updates
  • Minor system improvements

4. What's NOT Included

The following are expressly excluded from your purchase and are your sole responsibility:

  • Customizations: Any modifications, additional workflows, or features beyond the standard system scope. These require a separate custom engagement.
  • LLM & API Costs: All costs for OpenAI, Anthropic, or other AI model providers are billed directly to your accounts.
  • Third-Party Tools: Any external tool subscriptions (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google APIs) required for system operation.
  • Custom Development: New features, workflows, integrations, or architecture changes beyond the standard system.
  • Strategic Consulting: SEO strategy, content planning, or business advice.

If you require customizations or additional features, please contact us to discuss a custom project under our Master Services Agreement.

5. Delivery

5.1 Definition of Delivery

"Delivery" means the system is made available to you for operational use, specifically when:

  • All standard workflows for the purchased system are operational
  • Required integrations are active and connected
  • The system is capable of operating with your live data
  • Access credentials and documentation have been provided

5.2 Post-Delivery Optimization

You acknowledge that AI systems may require ongoing optimization, including prompt tuning, output refinement, and performance adjustments. Such optimization is part of normal system operation and is not a condition of delivery.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Setup Fee

The full setup fee is charged at checkout. Work begins upon successful payment.

6.2 Monthly Subscription

The monthly subscription begins on the date of system delivery. Your payment method will be automatically charged on the same day each month thereafter.

6.3 Billing Authorization

By completing your purchase, you authorize Tasken to charge your payment method for the setup fee immediately and for the monthly subscription on a recurring basis until you cancel.

7. Subscription & Cancellation

7.1 Minimum Commitment

If a recurring subscription applies to your purchase, any minimum commitment period will be disclosed at checkout. The minimum commitment allows for proper onboarding, real-world usage, and system optimization. It is not a guarantee of specific performance outcomes.

7.2 Cancellation

After the minimum commitment period, you may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice (email is acceptable). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

7.3 Effect of Cancellation & System Transfer

Upon cancellation of a managed hosting subscription:

  • Your system will be transferred to your own infrastructure, OR
  • Access to the hosted system will be terminated

System Transfer Requirements: Transfer of the system to your infrastructure requires your cooperation and may involve:

  • Providing access to your hosting environment
  • Setting up required infrastructure and dependencies
  • Configuration and deployment on your systems
  • Testing and verification

Basic transfer assistance is included. However, extensive setup, custom configuration, or ongoing support for self-hosted systems requires a separate support agreement or engagement. After transfer, Tasken has no further hosting, support, or operational responsibility unless a separate support agreement is in place.

8. Refund Policy

8.1 Setup Fee

The setup fee is non-refundable once work has commenced, except in cases of Delivery Failure as defined below.

8.2 Delivery Failure

"Delivery Failure" means Tasken's inability to deliver the system in substantial conformance with the standard system description, after receiving all required inputs from you.

Delivery Failure does NOT include:

  • Subjective dissatisfaction with outputs or results
  • AI output quality preferences or prompt tuning needs
  • Performance optimization iterations
  • Third-party service limitations or outages
  • Delays caused by your failure to provide required access, credentials, or information

8.3 Cure Period

If you believe a Delivery Failure has occurred, you must provide written notice specifying the issue. Tasken shall have thirty (30) business days to cure the Delivery Failure.

8.4 Refund Amount

If Tasken fails to cure a valid Delivery Failure within the cure period, your sole remedy is a partial refund of the setup fee paid, calculated to account for the consulting, architecture, and configuration work performed prior to delivery. The applicable refund percentage is disclosed at checkout.

8.5 Monthly Subscription

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. No partial refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

9. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information and valid payment details
  • Provide all required API keys, credentials, and third-party access
  • Maintain active subscriptions to any required third-party tools
  • Respond to reasonable requests for information or access in a timely manner
  • Ensure you have legal rights to any data or content processed by the system
  • Use the system in compliance with all applicable laws

Tasken is not responsible for system failures, delays, or issues caused by your failure to fulfill these responsibilities.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 Systems with Active Subscription

While your subscription is active:

  • Tasken retains ownership of the system architecture, backend, and technical implementation
  • You receive a license to use the system for your business purposes
  • All technical changes and maintenance are performed exclusively by Tasken

10.2 Systems After Cancellation (Transfer)

If your system is transferred to your infrastructure after cancellation:

  • Full ownership of the delivered system transfers to you
  • You may modify, rebuild, or use the system without restriction
  • Tasken has no further ownership or responsibility

10.3 Your Content

You retain all rights to your data, content, and outputs generated by the system using your inputs.

11. Performance Disclaimer

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 Cap on Liability

Tasken's total liability for any claims arising from or related to your purchase shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Tasken in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12.2 Exclusion of Damages

In no event shall Tasken be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

12.3 Third-Party Services

Tasken is not liable for any failures, outages, or limitations of third-party services, including AI model providers, APIs, or tools integrated with your system.

13. Confidentiality

Tasken agrees that:

  • Your data, workflows, and system configurations are confidential
  • We will not share your specific implementation with other clients
  • We may reuse general, non-identifiable architectural knowledge and experience

Confidentiality obligations survive termination indefinitely.

14. Modifications to Terms

Tasken may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address associated with your account. Continued use of the system after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Tasken systems shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
