Scale your profit,
not headcount.
We are the AI partner for established businesses that have outgrown manual work. We audit how yours runs, design the fix, and build whatever the work actually needs. No engineering team needed on your side.

You know AI could help. The hard part is knowing where.
Which work is worth handing to AI? What should it be allowed to touch? Who owns it once it is running? We build for businesses that have outgrown how they operate, and no technical team is required on your side.
You scale by hiring
Revenue grows, so you add another seat. The new hire spends half the week on data entry, chasing approvals, and rebuilding the same report every Monday.
Your team runs on copy-paste
Re-keying between tools, reading documents by hand, moving the same numbers from one app to another. Your best people, doing work software should do.
Software never stuck
A CRM used as a phone directory. A project tool nobody opens. The software was never the problem: nobody mapped it to how your business actually runs.
You know AI matters
But your knowledge lives in inboxes, spreadsheets, and a few people's heads. You need it in one place, and a plan, before another subscription.
Your operation, rebuilt to run on AI.
Audit first, always. You see exactly where AI pays in your business before you commit to a build, and one team owns it from the first call to daily operation.
We find where the hours and dollars go.
We map your operation end to end: every workflow, handoff, and bottleneck, costed. You get a ranked picture of what to fix first, and you keep it either way.
We design the fix before anyone builds it.
For the workflows worth fixing, we decide what gets automated, what stays with a person, what it plugs into, and what it will take. You see the plan and the number before a line of it is built.
We build it and put it in your team's hands.
Sometimes an automation running quietly on a schedule. Sometimes an AI tool your team opens every morning, custom software, or a change to what you already pay for. Whatever the work needs, wired into your stack, with a human gate where one belongs.
We run it, maintain it, and upgrade it.
Monitored in production, fixed when it breaks, improved where the exceptions show up, and upgraded as your business and the models move. This is the step most AI projects skip, and it is why most of them quietly die.
One company brain. Everything else can draw on it.
AI built without your context is a demo. Often the real blocker is not a missing tool: nothing in the business knows how the place actually works, because that knowledge sits in inboxes, spreadsheets and a few people's heads. When the architecture calls for it, this is what we build first, and everything after it answers from your business rather than from guesses. We run Tasken on one. Every decision, price and client fact our own tools answer from lives in it, including the numbers on this page.
The company brain
Governed, source-cited, team-editable
What is manual work actually costing you?
Three sliders, thirty seconds. The audit makes it precise, down to the individual workflow.
Payroll going to manual work each year
$253,440
About $21,120 a month.
Your three numbers multiplied out: team size, hourly rate, manual hours, 48 working weeks. Nothing here is assumed on your behalf.
We are not claiming to give that back. Some of this work needs a person, some is worth automating, and some is not worth the build. Deciding which is which is the audit.
You decide how far the AI goes.
The real question is never whether to automate a workflow. It is how much of it should run without you, and that answer is different for outbound than it is for anything touching money. We set the level together, workflow by workflow, and you can move it later.
Human led
The AI prepares. Your team decides and acts.
Research, drafts, summaries and options land ready for a person, who makes the call. The judgement stays entirely with your team, and the hours of preparation in front of it do not.
Usually right for: New ground, high stakes, anything where being wrong is expensive.
Human approval
The AI does the work. Nothing leaves without a yes.
It runs the whole workflow and queues the result. Your team reviews a batch, approves or edits, and only then does anything send, publish or post. Most workflows settle here.
Usually right for: Client-facing work, outbound, anything with your name on it.
Fully autonomous
The AI runs the loop. Your team watches the exceptions.
It runs on a schedule without anyone opening it, and only surfaces what falls outside the rules you set. You keep the dashboard, the audit trail, and the switch.
Usually right for: High volume, repetitive, well understood, and cheap to correct.
True at every level, autonomous included
Scoped access
Each build gets only the tools and data its job needs, written down before we build.
A trail you can read
What went in, what it decided, what it produced, and who signed it off.
Stop it any time
Pause it, pull an integration, or change the rules. No ticket, no waiting on us.
A prompt gets you a demo. We build what holds up.
You can build a lot with a prompt now. We agree, and we do not argue the point. It is exactly why we sell what a prompt cannot do: the thing still running in month twelve.

One partner. Two ways in.
Custom AI, built around your business.
Audit first. You see the costed map and the roadmap before any build starts, and every deliverable is yours to keep. Builds average about four weeks from audit to live.
Scoped on the call. We do not quote before the audit, because an honest number needs the map first.
The audit call is free, and the map is yours to keep either way.
- The audit: every workflow mapped and costed
- The architecture: what to build, agreed before we build it
- The build itself: automation, AI tooling or custom software
- Wired into the tools you already use
- Human approval gates on everything that acts
- Your team trained, the rollout managed
- Monitored, maintained and upgraded after launch
Already built. Running in real businesses today.
No build wait and no discovery: these exist. We host them, rebranded as yours, running on your own keys. Or take the code and own it outright.
Link building on autopilot: finds publishers, vets them, pitches, and monitors every placement.
The content system: keyword research, drafts in your voice, on-page work, and tracking.
Your own Claude, wired to live SEO and GEO data and your playbooks. Built on Claude.

Who's behind your AI builds?
Me. Not a project manager, not an offshore team. Me, and a small team.
I'm Mudi. I spent a decade ranking my own sites and running an SEO agency, doing all of it by hand: audits, strategy, briefs, publishing, outreach, lead gen, and the late nights fixing what broke. So when I automate something for you, it's work I've actually done, not work I read about in a thread.
Most AI agencies are just vibe coders. We can vibe-code with the best of them, but underneath it is a decade in marketing, paired with real AI and engineering. That knowledge layer is the whole difference. We know what to automate, and what to keep human.
So we stay boutique. A few clients at a time, every system with my name on it. Quality doesn't scale by hiring, it scales by saying no. You will know the terms, the timeline and who hosts what before you commit to anything.
It's the same work that's earned me 8-figure clients, WorldFirst (Ant Group, the company behind Alipay), and 11+ talks in 7 months.
My promise: if we're not a fit, or it won't pay for itself, I'll tell you, not sell you. I'd rather lose the deal than ship you something that doesn't earn its keep.
What teams ask first.
You do not need one. Finding the right starting point is the first half of the audit: we map your workflows, cost them, and rank them by what they return against how hard they are. Most teams are wrong about which workflow is bleeding the most, and the map is what settles it.
No, and that is the point. Your team gets something simple to work in and approves what the AI proposes. We handle the engineering, the monitoring, and the maintenance.
Custom engagements are scoped on the call, after the audit, because an honest number needs the map first. The SEO products have public prices: Horus and Sphinx are $300 a month flat, and SEO Copilot is $5,000.
You are right that you can build a lot with a prompt now. That is exactly why we do not sell prompts. A prompt gets you a demo. We build the thing that runs every day without you: monitored, approved, maintained, and still working in month twelve. Honest question: the thing you prompted last month, is it still running?
Each build gets only the tools and data its job needs, and that scope is written down before we build. Where a vendor is involved you hold the keys, so the account and the data stay yours. Anything that sends, publishes or commits money waits for a person to approve it, every action leaves a trail your team can read, and you can pause it or pull an integration yourself at any time.
It depends which path you take, and we would rather say so than quote one number. A custom build averages about four weeks from audit to live. Horus installs in days, because it already exists and we are configuring it for you. Sphinx is early access, so its page carries an honest timeline rather than a date we cannot stand behind.
Yes. We build on your stack, not around it. Your team keeps its logins and its habits; the manual parts of the work are what disappear.
Subscribe and we host an instance rebranded as yours, cancel any time. Choose to own the code outright and it runs on your own infrastructure. No lock-in either way.
