Does Tasken fit agency delivery?

Quick answer

Yes. Agencies make up most of our client work, and we start with the workflows that usually add headcount: prospecting, screening, reporting and QA. Anything we host can be rebranded as yours, and you set your own client price. We have also built three pre-built tools for the work an agency delivers.

An agency grows by adding people to recurring work. The workflows above are where that happens first, so they are where a custom build usually starts. The path is the same as for any team: your free AI audit, the full workflow audit and architecture, the build, then Sharpen, the monthly plan that keeps the tool running.

What "rebranded as yours" means in practice: we host and maintain a rebranded instance that is yours. You put it in front of your clients at the price you choose. If you would rather run it on your own infrastructure, owning the code is the other way to hold a tool, quoted on the call.

The three pre-built tools for agencies are on the agencies page: Horus for link building, Sphinx by Tasken for content coverage, and Outbound by Tasken for lead generation. Each has a free preview, and each runs as your own instance, rebranded as yours.

Horus is $250 a month flat. Sphinx by Tasken is in private beta, with access on request.

When none of them fits, we build an internal AI tool around how your agency works. That starts with one recurring delivery workflow on your free AI audit, and the call ends with whether a build is worth scoping. For what custom work costs, see What does a custom build cost?
