What does a custom build cost?

Quick answer

There is no public price, because an honest number needs the workflow map first. A custom build is priced per scope after the full workflow audit and architecture, and the price is fixed once the scope is agreed, with no hourly billing. The build is paid upfront. Sharpen, the monthly plan that runs it after launch, is a separate fee.

A custom build is scoped to one recurring workflow first, so its price depends on what the audit says to build. A figure on this page would be a guess, and the audit is what replaces the guess with a scope.

Here is what is priced, and when:

  • Your free AI audit. The first call is free.
  • The full workflow audit and architecture. The paid first stage, quoted on that free call.
  • The build. Priced per scope once the audit is done, and fixed once agreed. No hourly billing. Paid upfront, or half now and half on delivery.
  • Sharpen (Upgrades & Support). The monthly fee after launch. It covers the operation: hosting, monitoring, fixes and improvements. It cancels any time, and if you stop it we move the tool to your own infrastructure for free.

Neither the build nor Sharpen has a public price. Both depend on what the audit says to build.

Fixed means fixed. Once the scope is agreed, the price does not move with the hours we spend. If you want more later, new workflows and major features are quoted separately.

One way to spend nothing on a build: if one of our pre-built tools already fits your workflow, you skip the build and subscribe instead.
