Do we need a technical team, and will it work with our tools?

Quick answer

No. We build around your current stack and handle the engineering, monitoring and maintenance ourselves. Your team gets an internal AI tool it logs in to, with approval controls where they are needed, wired into the tools it already uses: the CRM, the CMS, the ad platforms, even the sheet everyone lives in.

Nobody on your side writes code. The split of work is simple: your team knows the workflow, and we handle everything technical around it.

What your team does is use the tool. People sign in, and each person sees what they should. They ask the chat about the data or tell it to run a step, and actions confirm before they fire. Where a step needs a person, there is a human gate.

What we do is everything technical, before and after launch:

  • Connecting the tool to your stack, so it is wired into the tools your team already uses.
  • Building the dashboard, the chat and the workflows inside it.
  • Training and rollout for your team.
  • Hosting, monitoring, fixes and upgrades after launch, by the same team that built it.

If most of your work lives in a spreadsheet, that is fine. The sheet everyone lives in is one of the things we wire in, next to the CRM, the CMS and the ad platforms.

Approval controls are set per workflow. The AI can prepare the work while your team decides, or complete it and queue the result for approval, or run on a schedule and surface exceptions. At every level: scoped access, readable logs and a stop control. Where does our data go? explains each level.
