What does Tasken do?
Quick answer
Tasken is an AI development company for marketing teams, at agencies and in-house. Tasken builds internal AI tools for marketing teams: one place where the work runs, that your team logs in to and uses every day. Custom tools are built once, then maintained monthly. Pre-built tools you subscribe to. The first step is your free AI audit.
In practice, we audit how a marketing team works, design the fix, build it, then operate and maintain it in production. The method has four steps: Audit, Architecture, Install and Sharpen. The last one is the monthly plan after launch, and it is the step that keeps a tool working once the build is done.
What we build is an internal AI tool, and the noun is chosen with care. Scripts, automations, integrations and chatbots are what a tool contains. The tool is the place they run: a dashboard your team logs in to, a chat that reads the data and runs the work, the workflows inside it, and the approval gates, readable logs and stop control around them. What is an internal AI tool? goes through each part.
There are two ways to get one. A custom tool is scoped to one recurring workflow first, built once, then maintained monthly and grown from there. A pre-built tool is one we have already built, such as Horus, our link building tool. You subscribe to your own rebranded instance, which we host and maintain, and you skip the build. The four we have are on the pre-built tools page.
Either way, it starts with your free AI audit: a thirty minute call with Mudi about one recurring workflow, ending with whether a build is worth scoping. Here is what happens on the call.
