What happens when we cancel a pre-built tool?

Quick answer

You can cancel a pre-built tool any time, and your data moves to your own accounts. For Horus, our link building tool, we move everything across: campaigns, publisher data and results. If you would rather keep running the tool itself, owning the code is an option, quoted on the call.

What you cancel is the subscription to your own rebranded instance, which Tasken hosts and maintains. Hosting, maintenance, upgrades and support are in that monthly fee, so they stop with it.

What moves is your data, to your own accounts. For Horus that means the campaigns, the publisher data and the results. Some of what the tool used was yours from the start: you bring your own OpenRouter key, and for Horus your own sending inboxes, so those stay exactly where they are.

What does not move by default is the tool. If you want to keep running it rather than leave it, owning the code is the other way to hold it. For Horus, that means owning the code and installing it yourself. It is quoted on the call.

Cancelling a pre-built tool is different from stopping Sharpen on a custom build. When you stop Sharpen, we move the system itself to your own infrastructure, free, and it stays yours. With a pre-built tool, what moves is your data, and the code is quoted separately. What is Sharpen? covers the custom side.

If you are still deciding, the free preview is the low-commitment way in: one input, one run, no card.
