For SEO agencies and in-house teams

50+ SEO agencies and in-house teams run on Tasken systems.

As a fractional SEO director, AI automations are a big part of my daily work. Thankfully, I had the pleasure of working with Tasken to develop n8n workflows for my business, and they did a tremendous job. I can't recommend them enough! Aside from being experts in AI and automation, they're also great people to work with, which I truly appreciate.

What this is

Not a SaaS. Not an agency service. An AI System you own.

Software that runs the work, not software that helps you do it. Subscribe, or own the code outright.

Hosted, or owned

Subscribe and we host and maintain it, or own it outright and run the code on your own infrastructure. No lock-in either way.

Your keys, zero markup

You plug in your own keys, AI and data (Ahrefs, Instantly, Bouncer), and every vendor bill lands on your invoice, billed at cost and never marked up through us.

Your methodology, not ours

Every audit prompt, pitch, and reply classifier is editable. Your senior SEO locks how you do link building into the system.

One workspace, a campaign per project

Run every project as its own campaign in a single workspace, with one shared publisher memory across all of them, so the system never re-pitches a domain you have already used. Cancel anytime with a full export.

The workflow

Link building automation in six stages. You choose how hands-on.

The whole link building lifecycle, run as one pipeline. Run it fully automated, or add approval gates wherever you want a human check, your call.

01

Discovery

Describe a campaign in one line ("150 review sites, DR 45+, guest posts") and see the projected yield before you launch. Five engines fan out at once: competitor link gap, listicles and roundups, unlinked brand mentions, resource and guest-post footprints, and broken-link reclamation. Every lead drops into the audit queue on its own.

02

AI audit

Around 60 seconds per domain. Niche match, editorial signals, guest-post fit, plus the tells a DR score hides: DR-to-traffic mismatch and heavy outbound dofollow. Every domain lands Strong, OK, or Risky, red flags spelled out.

03

SEO qualification

Only audit-passed domains hit Ahrefs, so your API spend stays tiny. DR, traffic trend, referring domains, and marketplace benchmarks, with cohort logic to prevent single-metric false fails.

04

Email discovery

Pulled straight from the target site: contact, about, and team pages. No purchased lists, no LinkedIn scraping. Bouncer-verified before a single pitch goes out.

05

Pitch generation

Two to three variants per contact, grounded in the author's name, their most recent article, and their editorial angle. Not merge tags.

06

Send, classify, negotiate

Pitches send from your own Instantly, fully automated or held for your approval, with one smart follow-up at day 7. Replies pulled every 10 minutes and classified into 10 categories. You step in only for real negotiation.

See it in action

The actual system, not a mockup.

This is the live product your team runs, rebranded as yours. A few views from inside, discovery, qualification, replies, and monitoring. No mockups.

Tasken Discovery: type a campaign brief and get a live projection of matching sites, qualified prospects, and hours saved
Discovery: one prompt sets the filters, and the projection updates live before you launch.
Tasken Prospects: one database of every publisher with a Strong, OK, or Risky quality verdict, plus Ask AI in plain English
Prospects: a quality verdict on every domain, plus Ask AI in plain English.
Tasken Inbox: AI drafts a reply to every publisher response, which you review and send
Inbox: AI drafts a reply to every response, you review and send.
Tasken Monitoring: every placed link re-checked on live, dofollow, and indexed, with a retention percentage
Monitoring: every placed link watched, with a retention %.
One system, not six tabs

Replace your whole stack with one login.

Prospecting, email finding, outreach and follow-ups, link insertions, marketplace price benchmarks, and monitoring, in one system your team runs. No CRM, no separate insertion marketplace, and no monitoring tool to reconcile.

  • Email contacts found and Bouncer-verified for every qualified site
  • Outreach and follow-ups from your own inboxes, with replies auto-classified
  • Link insertions (niche edits): existing pages ranked by fit into Prime, Solid, Marginal, or Skip, with the paragraph and outreach email drafted
  • Penalty-safe anchors: a natural branded, partial, and topical mix, exact-match kept scarce and never auto-suggested
  • Listicle and roundup outreach: finds best and top lists that already rank your competitors but not you, then pitches to get you added
  • Live marketplace price benchmarks, so you negotiate against real market data
  • Monthly link monitoring: live, dofollow, and indexed, with a retention % per project
  • Ask AI: query every publisher across every project in plain English
  • Strong, OK, or Risky verdict on every domain, with the red flags DR alone hides spelled out
  • Bring your publisher history; the system skips domains you have already burned
  • Your whole team in one workspace: Admin and Member roles, with per-project access
  • Run fully automated, or add approval gates at any step, full automation or human-in-the-loop, your call
  • Sensitive-niche policy and editable AI prompts, so your methodology runs the system
Two modes

Built for agencies and in-house teams.

Same system, same price, run either way. A pipeline for every client, or a single pipeline for your own site.

Agency mode

Run link building for every client as its own campaign in one workspace, rebranded as your own. It runs at a fraction of what manual outreach costs, so the margin stays yours.

Business mode

Run a campaign for each of your own sites or projects, all in one workspace. Replace expensive agencies and $300+ marketplace links with a system your own team operates, or owns outright, at a fraction of the cost.

FAQ

The questions before you start

Your call. Subscribe monthly and we host, maintain, and keep improving it, so you always run the latest version, cancel anytime. Or own it outright: buy the system, get the code, and run and extend it yourself. The trade-off with owning is updates: you keep the version you buy, and the improvements we roll out to subscribed clients are not included (though the code is yours to extend). Either way it runs on your own infrastructure and everything it produces is yours. No lock-in.

Neither, it is an AI System. We host the orchestration so there is nothing to install, and your team operates the pipeline (we do not run campaigns for you). The closest mental model is an AI employee, hosted for you, that your team supervises.

You bring your own keys: an AI/LLM key (OpenRouter or OpenAI) plus data keys (Ahrefs, Instantly, and Bouncer). Everything runs on your keys, billed at cost by each vendor with zero markup, so you are never paying us a margin on usage. The system is tuned to hit Ahrefs only where it counts, so the data bill stays small.

Yes. Every audit prompt, pitch generator, and reply classifier is editable. Your senior SEO can rewrite them, version them, and lock your methodology into the system. That is why we call it an AI System, not a SaaS: the source is yours.

Those are better CRMs for a link-building team, but you still configure every search, qualify each prospect, and triage replies by hand. At 300 prospects a month that is 35 to 40 hours before a single link is placed. Tasken runs the audit, qualifies the top few percent, writes pitches grounded in real site content, and classifies every reply, so that work becomes about an hour of exception review.

You are live in days, not months. From your first campaign the system surfaces qualified prospects, finds contacts, and drafts pitches the same day; outreach and replies follow as your inboxes warm. We sell the machine, not a ranking promise, but the machine does the finding, qualifying, and pitching from day one.

No, and that is the point. Your team operates it, so the margin stays yours. We host it, support it, and keep it improving; you point it at clients and approve the exceptions. Think of it as an AI employee you supervise, not an agency you outsource to.

No long contract, cancel anytime. Your workspace pauses and all data is preserved for 90 days, so you can reactivate or export everything. Own the code instead and there is nothing to cancel.

Book a demo

See it running on a real client before you commit.

A 15-minute demo on a live pipeline: discovery, audit, qualified prospects, outreach, and classified replies. Then we model your numbers together. No pitch, and if it is not a fit we will say so.
