Horus. The watchful eye on your link building

Link building,on autopilot.

Describe the links you need. Horus finds and screens the publishers, then lines up your team's next move in one workspace.

Demo-safe workspace with sending off. No card. Access issued by hand. Privacy policy.

One example of what Horus can do, with demo data. Horus turns a campaign brief into screened publishers, filtering out PBNs, guest-post farms, off-niche and inactive sites, and comparing every survivor against link building marketplace prices. It then finds the contact and sends the first pitch on its own. When the publisher replies, the team decides what happens next: approve the drafted reply, hand the negotiation to an AI draft, compare the marketplace price, or look for a niche edit instead.

Find & qualify prospects

Screened candidates, with a marketplace price when one resolves.

Describe the campaign in a line. Horus turns your niche into hundreds of search queries, takes the blogs and review sites ranking on them, and adds your competitor link gap. One run, live.

Discover new sites

Run a category prompt to find the “best/top X” lists that rank your competitors but not you. Horus ranks them by each list’s own SERP position and drafts the pitch to get you added. Those pages are what AI answers often cite.

Sweep for pages that mention the brand without linking to it. Warm targets sort first (they already link to a competitor), scrapers are skipped, and the reclamation pitch joins the same outreach pipeline. These links are usually free.

Screened domains are checked against the marketplace catalogs. When a listing resolves you see its price beside DR, traffic and the verdict. No listing means outreach-only, which is usually a good sign.

Every screened publisher is scored on the signals a DR number hides: traffic trend, DR-to-traffic sanity, spam, outbound footprint, relevance. Link sellers, PBNs and declining sites are filtered out before outreach.

Outreach & negotiation

Replies come back classified and drafted, so you just approve.

Replies are pulled in and classified, each with a drafted response grounded in that thread. Price and terms negotiations are flagged so they stay visible. You review and send: that step stays human.

Placement tools

Find the exact page for a link, then watch the links you land.

Give it a target page and a publisher. It scans that publisher's pages, ranks them Prime, Solid or Skip by fit rather than traffic, then drafts the anchor and the outreach email for the best one.

Lost, nofollowed and deindexed links sort to the top, with a retention figure per project and a Chase action that reopens outreach on the publisher. A link that quietly dies stops being quiet.

Capacity

The screening that eats a prospecting day runs unattended. Your team's hours go to the sites that came back qualified.

The same quality bar on every domain

Consistency

Every domain gets the same checks for topical fit, traffic quality, spam, outbound footprint and language. The verdict never depends on who reviewed it.

One publisher view across every project

Memory

Publisher records sit in one agency-wide database, so your team sees a domain's prior context before acting on it again.

Approval stays where you want it

Control

Hold the first send for review, or let approved campaigns run. Replies always come back to a person: the system drafts, your team decides.

And it keeps getting more capable: every new tool we ship lands in your workspace, included in the same flat price.

The stack

We run the infrastructure. You own the keys.

You bring two accounts: OpenRouter for the AI models and Instantly for sending from your own inboxes, each billing you directly, at cost, with no markup through us. The SEO research and authority data, DataForSEO and Ahrefs, runs on our keys and is included in the flat monthly.

Projects

One workspace,every project you run.

Add a project for each site you work on, whether that is a client, a brand you run in house, or your own portfolio. It carries your brand throughout, so when you sell link building on top of it, the margin stays with you.

A project per site

Each one gets its own campaign brief, targets, context and funnel dashboard. Add as many as you run, at no extra cost per project.

One shared publisher view

It spans every project, so your team can see a domain's prior context before deciding what to do next.

Who this is for

Built for teams that ship links, whoever they ship them for.

FAQ

The questions before you start

Everything it takes to run the system for you: hosting, all the scraping and SEO data processing (DataForSEO and Ahrefs run on our accounts), maintenance whenever anything needs attention, and guidance on getting the most out of it. Every update we ship is included. The workspace carries your brand, your data sits in it, and outreach sends from your own inboxes. We keep it running; your team just uses it. Unlimited projects, no per-link fee, no contract.

Plan on roughly $600 to $700 a month all in. $300 is the Horus subscription, SEO data included. The rest is your own OpenRouter account for the AI models: estimated $300 to $400 a month at typical volumes, billed to you at cost with no markup. Actual AI spend depends on how much discovery and outreach you run, and every line shows in your OpenRouter dashboard. Your sending inboxes and anything a publisher charges for a placement sit outside these numbers.

Run the whole link building process for every site you manage. Horus finds publishers across search results, marketplaces and your competitors' backlinks, screens them automatically, finds the right contact, writes the first email, sends it through your inboxes, and returns every reply classified with a drafted response. It also tracks listicles and unlinked mentions of your brand, finds pages ready for a link insertion, and monitors placed links so they stay live, dofollow and indexed. Everything lands in one publisher database your whole team works from.

No. You get your own workspace under your own brand, not a seat in a shared tool. Your team is the only one operating it, and your clients see your name on it.

No, and that is why it starts fast. Horus is a prebuilt system we install for you: we set up your workspace, rebrand it, connect the accounts and hand it over ready to run. You bring an OpenRouter account for the AI models and your own sending inboxes, which we help you set up if you do not have them yet. We take care of everything else.

Yes. The standard setup sends through Instantly, and if your team runs on specific tools of your own, we can integrate them into your setup as well. Tell us what you use on the call and we confirm what the integration takes before you commit.

No. We help you with the whole sending setup before the first pitch goes out: inboxes, warmup, volume and daily caps, all configured properly. Sending runs through your own inboxes, each email is written for that specific publisher rather than blasted from a template, and you can hold every send for approval. Run this way, deliverability has stayed reliably high for us.

As much as you want. Day to day you configure the pitch voice, the sensitive-niche policy and whether first emails wait for approval. Beyond that, we help you adapt the system to how your team works: small edits are part of the subscription, and bigger changes to how the engine itself works are quoted as an extra.

If you already have warmed sending domains, you can be running from the next day. If you are starting fresh, plan on two to three weeks: the system itself is ready quickly, and the wait is warming up your new inboxes so the first campaign lands well.

Cancel any month, with no contract, and that is it. Export the Prospects table as CSV before workspace access ends; your vendor accounts and keys stay yours.

Yes. The subscription is hosted access: we run the system and your team uses it as yours. If you want to own it outright and take it in-house, we transfer the whole system to you for a one-time fee, quoted on the call.
