Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: May 27, 2026

1. Our Commitment

ClicksRocket LLC, operating under the brand Tasken.ai ("Tasken," "we," "our," or "us"), is committed to making our website and the systems we deliver usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or assistive technology.

We treat accessibility as an ongoing practice rather than a one-time exercise. As we add features, we audit and adjust to reduce barriers we have unintentionally introduced.

2. Conformance Target

We aim for tasken.ai to substantially conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, which defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities.

"Substantially conform" means that the majority of our pages and components meet Level AA criteria, while some areas — particularly third-party embedded content and certain interactive elements — may not yet meet every requirement.

3. What We Do

  • Semantic structure: We use semantic HTML for headings, landmarks, lists, and forms so that screen readers can convey page structure accurately.
  • Keyboard navigation: Interactive elements (links, buttons, form controls) are reachable and operable with a keyboard.
  • Color and contrast: We aim for sufficient color contrast for text and meaningful UI elements against their backgrounds.
  • Alternative text: Meaningful images include descriptive alt text. Decorative images are marked as such so assistive technology can skip them.
  • Focus visibility: Focused elements are visually indicated.
  • Motion: We avoid auto-playing media, large amounts of motion, and parallax effects that cannot be opted out of.

4. Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, the following areas may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA:

  • Third-party embeds: Widgets we embed from third parties (for example, our testimonial widget) are outside our direct control. Their accessibility depends on the provider.
  • Newly published content: Recently added pages, illustrations, or videos may have temporary accessibility gaps while we audit and remediate.
  • Decorative animations: Some animated visuals are reduced or paused for users who request reduced motion, but not every animation respects that preference yet.

If you encounter a barrier not listed here, please tell us — see Reporting Accessibility Issues below.

5. Compatibility

Tasken.ai is designed to work with current versions of the major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) on desktop and mobile, in combination with widely used assistive technologies (such as VoiceOver, NVDA, and JAWS).

The site may not function fully on older or unsupported browsers, or with significant browser settings that disable core features (such as disabling JavaScript entirely or blocking all cookies, including the consent record).

6. Reporting Accessibility Issues

If something on tasken.ai is not accessible to you, or if you need information presented in a different format, please contact us:

Email: support@tasken.ai
Subject line: Accessibility Feedback

Please include the page or feature involved, what you were trying to do, the assistive technology or browser you used, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five (5) business days and to address valid issues as soon as reasonably possible.

7. Ongoing Work

Accessibility is a moving target as the site evolves and as standards advance. We periodically review tasken.ai against current guidance, prioritize fixes for the highest-impact barriers, and incorporate accessibility into the way we design and build new features.

This statement will be updated as our practices change.

This Accessibility Statement is current as of May 27, 2026.
