Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the AI systems, software, and services provided by ClicksRocket LLC, operating under the brand Tasken.ai ("Tasken," "we," "our," or "us").

This AUP forms part of our Terms of Service. By purchasing or using a Tasken system, you agree to follow the rules below. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your access without refund.

You may not use any Tasken system, directly or indirectly, to:

2.1 Illegal Activity

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Process content, data, or workflows that infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party.
• Engage in fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any other unlawful conduct.

2.2 Abusive Outreach & Spam

• Send unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or messages in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR ePrivacy rules, CASL, or any other anti-spam law.
• Use harvested or purchased contact lists where consent or legitimate interest cannot be demonstrated.
• Falsify sender identity, headers, or routing information.
• Continue contacting individuals or organizations who have opted out or asked you to stop.

2.3 Harmful Content

• Generate or distribute content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that incites violence.
• Create deceptive or impersonating content, including deepfakes intended to mislead.
• Produce disinformation campaigns or coordinated inauthentic behavior.

2.4 Security & Integrity

• Distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, or any other malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or account.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or impose unreasonable load on Tasken infrastructure or any third-party service connected to it.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any Tasken system, except to the extent expressly permitted by law.

2.5 Third-Party Terms

• Use Tasken systems to scrape, crawl, or access data in violation of the terms of service of any third-party platform (including Google, Ahrefs, LinkedIn, or any AI model provider).
• Exceed rate limits, bypass authentication, or otherwise misuse third-party APIs connected to your Tasken system.

2.6 AI-Specific Misuse

• Use AI outputs in regulated domains (medical, legal, financial advice, employment decisions, insurance underwriting) without appropriate human review and disclosures.
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as exclusively human-authored where disclosure is legally or contractually required.
• Use Tasken systems to develop or train competing AI models.

You are solely responsible for the data, prompts, content, and outputs you process through Tasken systems. You represent and warrant that:

• You have all rights, consents, and authorizations necessary to process your data.
• Your data and intended use do not violate this AUP, applicable law, or any third-party rights.
• You will maintain appropriate safeguards for any personal data you submit to or process through Tasken systems.

If you believe a Tasken customer or system is being used in violation of this AUP, please report it to support@tasken.ai with as much detail as possible, including URLs, timestamps, and any supporting evidence.

We may investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. Depending on severity, we may:

• Issue a warning and request remediation.
• Suspend access to your system pending investigation.
• Terminate your account and access without refund.
• Cooperate with law enforcement and report violations as required by law.

We may act without prior notice where we believe doing so is necessary to protect Tasken, our customers, or third parties from harm.

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our site. Continued use of Tasken systems after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
